This type of insulation differs from EPS insulation in the fact that it made from extruded Polystyrene. It has a far greater resistance to pressure and moisture, but is also significantly more expensive than conventional EPS insulation.
It is mainly used for foundation, roof or perimeter insulation, or where there is a great requirement for pressure and moisture resistance.
