Our operations will be conducted in such a way that everyone who works at Tempra enjoys a safe and healthy working environment. We never compromise on safety. Tempra supports the health promotion of its employees.

Warranty

Everyone at Tempru is responsible for their own safety and the safety of others affected by their work. Safe working practices are a requirement of working at Tempru.

Leadership

Management will lead by example and prioritize health and safety. Each employee is responsible for their own health and safety. Our actions should serve as a positive example to others.

Safe workplaces and equipment

Across the company, we strive to continually improve the safety of our equipment, the working environment and the health and well-being of our employees in the workplace by involving employees, training them appropriately and encouraging them to continue developing a culture of health and safety within Tempra.

Spotting dangers and counteracting them

All Tempra employees are actively involved in identifying potential hazards. We take these hazards seriously, assess them, prioritize them and eliminate them where possible. If they cannot be eliminated, we take appropriate measures to mitigate them. To further foster an atmosphere of continuous improvement, our employees are involved at all stages of the process.

Contractors and colleagues

Our standards and requirements for health and safety behavior and performance apply equally to contractors and Tempra employees. We ensure that our contractors are aware of our systems and procedures and adhere to them in all respects.

Learning from experience

We thoroughly investigate incidents and potentially dangerous events. We determine root causes and take swift and effective action to prevent recurrence. Everyone at Tempru is encouraged to share, adopt and learn from good practices.

Monitoring and auditing

We continue to develop systems to measure performance and share the results with our partners who will strive to positively drive progress.

We regularly conduct a comprehensive review of our operations, focusing on our safety systems and behaviours, drawing on the wealth of expertise within the Group and external parties. By highlighting examples of outstanding performance and embedding them throughout our operations, we strive to improve the overall quality of health and safety performance.
